PRICE GUIDE

Prices start from £1500 for events less than £30,000 spend,

6% of budget between £40,000 to £50,000 or 8% of budget over £50000

DAY MANAGEMENT

CORPORATE EVENTS, WEDDINGS  & PRIVATE EVENTS 

Our Day Management services ensures there is someone managing and coordination the flow of the day at your event, it includes all your event administration i.e. drafting your timeline  and supplier liaison to coordinating the actual real time flow of the day, the package comes with coordination assistants who can help you with any finishing touches, lay out your place names while you focus on having a great day.

All our event coordinators are certified, first aid trained and insured under our 5 million public liability and are present for the full day of your event up to 10 hours.

PRICE GUIDE

  • £800 for events up to 200 guests

  • £1000 for 200-300 event guest size

The above is just a guide, there is extra cost for events outside London or flight charges for destination events.

STYLING SERVICES

VENUE STYLING, HOUSE STYLING FOR STATELY HOME VENUES

Eden Event Design is a multi award winning styling company, our team is passionate about styling and curating new ideas in the elements of your event.

​

We have had the utmost pleasure to styling a variety of themed events and we also managed the Ministry of Defence end of the year parties, styled for ITV " The only Way is Essex" and The Launch of Oil of Olay products. For weddings and events we have styled "The Great Gastby themed event, Arabian Nights, James Bond amongst many others.

Our styling fees are inclusive in our design packages for the clients with a blank canvas we are here to help, otherwise your investment for a full event styling ideas on mood board, sketch and into a 3D floor plan starts a £500 for a 1 day event.

EVENT DESIGN

DECOR,FLORISTRY & THEMED EVENTS 

Eden Event Design is an IWED certified event designing company, we offer draping by hand, swag and pintuck linens, curate floral arrangements all from trained expertise. We work with our sister company that specialise in luxury chair hire and event production to provide you a one stop event solution.

Events with Fresh Florals up to 60cm and a 20ft LED Dancefloor /16ft Seamless Dancefloor

  • £5,000 per 100 guests

  • £6,000 per 150 guests

  • £7,000 for 200 guests  

  • £8,000 for 300 guests
